Initial Contact & Discovery
Your project begins with a simple conversation. You can reach us by phone, email, or through our website, and share photos, rough measurements, or a basic description of your space. If needed, we can also visit your home for quick rough measurements. During this stage, we learn what type of project you’re working on and the look you’re aiming for, while answering any questions you may have about materials, timelines, and design options.
Once we understand your project, we prepare a free, no-obligation quote based on the measurements you provided or the rough measurements we took on-site. The quote outlines your cost, timeline, and material options in a clear and straightforward way. Once you’re comfortable and the price is approved, we move into the exact templating stage.
Please note: Installation takes place approximately 2-3 weeks after templating.

Exact Laser Templating
After the quote is approved, we complete precise laser templating of your space. Using digital measuring equipment, we record exact dimensions of your cabinets, walls, and appliances. This ensures perfect fit, clean seams, and accurate cutouts for your sink and cooktop.
Please note: Before templating, cabinets must be fully installed, secured, and leveled.
With templating complete, we finalize all design details. This includes your material, edge profile, and any features like waterfall legs or a full-height backsplash. Sink and cooktop details are also confirmed so everything fits the template perfectly.
Final Material & Design Confirmation
Fabrication in Our Shop
Using your digital template, our fabrication team cuts, polishes, and finishes your countertops with precision. Each piece is shaped according to the exact measurements taken during templating, and every detail is inspected before installation.
We schedule installation once fabrication is complete. Before our team arrives, we ask that your old countertops are removed and plumbing is disconnected. Our installers bring the finished pieces into your home, level and secure everything, complete seams, and ensure the fit is perfect.
Installation Day
Final Touches & Aftercare
Once installation is complete, we clean the surfaces, apply sealer when required, and review the finished work with you. We provide aftercare guidance so you know how to maintain your new countertops and keep them looking their best.
